French private school of fashion ESMOD-Paris, or the École supérieure des arts et techniques de la mode, organised the ‘London Fashion Insider’ program as an opportunity for international students to get insight into fashion within the capital city. Curated by the French design school, founded in Paris in 1841 by the master tailor Alexis Lavigne, the three-day course was taught at Central Saint Martins by Osman Ahmed with guest lectures on-site.

Students were treated to lectures on the history of London fashion, off site visits to the V&A, Portobello Road and a visit to the Charlie May design studio.
