The Design Trust coordinated an information-packed day for recent design and craft graduates during the first week of the ‘New Designers’ exhibition at the Business Design Centre in London.

I was asked to share some top tips for fashion graduates alongside other speakers including V&A co-curator Laurie Britton Newell, Barbara Chandler (London Evening Standard) and Jason Wilary-Attew (Head of Buying for John Lewis). Experts from The Design Museum and Trend Bible ran tours of the show and spoke about the upcoming Memory Palace exhibition, the event was geared towards recent design, craft graduates and anyone thinking about starting a creative business or becoming a freelancer.
