The Best of New York Fashion Week Part 3

I knew Lela Rose for bridesmaids dresses but she clearly has a natural talent for ready to wear collections too and a penchant for printed silk! Marchesa never disappoints (we all know that) but I am particularly enamoured with the repetition of silk drape in an array of deep berry toned silks with a standout mesmerising golden yellow. Marchesa are the queens in this game when it comes to playing around with textures and layering.

Sass & Bide (who have just launched an incredible 360 interactive campaign ad) showed an aptly named ‘Wintergate’ collection with shimmering silver knit, a very cool caged overlay design feature and in particular a standout beautiful mint green jumpsuit complete with train. Designer Diane von Furstenberg celebrated a landmark 40 years of her successful wrap dress whilst Kaufman Franco excelled in sexy, thigh high slits, sharp cuts and elite structure. There are literally too many fantastic brands to include in this album so by all means note, these are just some but not all of the best of New York Fashion Week.
