Staying at the AC Bella Sky for Copenhagen Fashion Summit
in

I recently stayed at the AC Bella Sky hotel, designed by Danish studio 3XN. Housed in a funky high-rise building, this beautiful upscale hotel (currently the largest in Scandanavia) features bright, minimalist decor and floor-to-ceiling windows, the rooms and suites come with free Wi-Fi, a state of the art tech centre and a well-stocked minibar. A short distance from the Copenhagen Concert Hall, where the Copenhagen Fashion Summit was held, AC Bella Sky proved the perfect base for me (warm and light) though my stay was definitely not long enough.

Home to five restaurants, 30 meeting rooms, an 850 sq m wellness area with a 17th floor specially designed for women I have a new favourite hotel when in Denmark’s capital city. The hotel hosted me on the 22nd floor where I enjoyed stunning uninterrupted views of sunny Copenhagen and a sea view, and whilst the trip was short, the hotel provided a superb authentic Scandinavian experience. I really love the clever simplicity and tasteful compactness of Scandinavian design (most of the storage was neatly concealed, making the room feel uncluttered and light). I would definitely recommend a visit.
